Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Facilities Manager in Burr Ridge, IL to oversee building operations across a portfolio of facilities. You will supervise a team, manage daily activities, and coordinate with contractors to ensure high standards of maintenance and safety.

You will lead training, conduct evaluations, and drive operational efficiency while preparing budgets and capital projects. A degree is not mandatory if you have relevant experience; a Facility Management certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Valid driver’s license required; certification preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff, coach, and conduct evaluations.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Schedule and manage daily activities and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with technicians and vendors.
• Maintain client relationships and resolve facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects and operating budgets.
• Perform facility inspections and QA following regulations.
• Oversee EHS procedures and vendor invoicing processes.
• Train staff on maintenance, safety, and procedures.
