Job summary

CCI Facility Support Services, LLC is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance operations at a federal installation in Illinois. The role emphasizes MEP expertise, supervision of multi-project activities, and ensuring compliance with FAR guidelines.

You will coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to meet schedules, budgets, and safety standards, reporting to BBCH-related leadership. Strong leadership and on-site problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

8+ years of related experience in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), service call and/or facility maintenance environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and computer-based maintenance systems.
EPA Section 608 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Self-perform facility maintenance incl. HVAC PM, lighting, ceilings.
Procure subcontractors, coordinate, supervise to ensure on-time delivery within budget and safety.
On-call 24/7/365 for a federal installation; coordination required.
Ensure all contract deliverables meet FAR requirements.
Analyze RFPs with executives to define objectives.
Oversee labor, materials, equipment within time and budget.
Build relationships with vendors, subcontractors, field staff, and clients.
Manage subcontracts, labor, materials, and equipment.
