The Salvation Army is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee building maintenance and repairs, manage outside contractors, and ensure efficient operations. This full-time role requires strong organizational skills, leadership in maintenance tasks, and a commitment to the organization's mission. The position offers an immediate start and involves a variety of responsibilities, including supervising janitorial staff and performing repairs.

Schedule: Full Time - Monday to Friday (7am to 3pm)
Reporting Relationship: State Coordinators
Salary Grade: 75; Non-Exempt
The Facilities Manager handles building and equipment repairs as needed; supervises outside contractors such as HVAC mechanics, electricians, plumbers, and alarm system technicians; assists with seasonal projects (e.g., toy shop setup), emergency cleanup, and janitorial work. Drives SA vehicles to pick up tools, supplies, and equipment.
