We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee building operations, maintenance, and safety compliance for our facility. This role ensures all systems—including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing—are operating efficiently, and the workspace is clean, safe, and productive. You will lead a team, manage vendors, handle budgeting, and perform hands-on support when needed.
ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day building maintenance and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Supervise maintenance and custodial teams
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for services and repairs
Oversee facility budgets and cost control
Track and maintain maintenance schedules and inspection records
Collaborate with internal teams on facility layout and planning
Monitor and maintain interior and exterior cleanliness
Respond quickly to facility-related issues or emergencies
Support hands-on maintenance and installations as needed
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
5+ years of relevant facilities or engineering experience
2+ years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Lean and 5S practices
Basic understanding of budgeting and financial principles
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and heavier items occasionally
Preferred:
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Familiarity with OSHA and safety regulations
Proficiency with facility management systems (e.g., CMMS)
