Position Purpose

This role involves overseeing and managing the maintenance program at our corporate restaurants and office. Responsibilities include general repairs, assisting with construction projects, overseeing third-party vendors, and routine inspections of equipment and premises.

What’s Expected

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Possess general knowledge of HVAC preventative maintenance and service at corporate and restaurant facilities.
• Perform maintenance on refrigeration and cooking equipment as needed.
• Provide repairs and maintenance to maintain building upkeep and appearance.
• Order and maintain oven parts inventory.
• Schedule and oversee contractors for repairs.
• Manage construction projects and remodels in corporate facilities.
• Assist in obtaining bids for repairs and projects.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Keep logs of repairs and equipment conditions.
• Assist in site selection for new locations or relocations.
• Manage storage facilities, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper disposal of old equipment.
• Coordinate with IT for installation needs like security cameras and monitors.
• Responsible for the paper recycling program at the corporate location.
• Maintain vendor and contractor paperwork (COI, W-9).
• Keep a list of preferred and secondary vendors by location.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
