Responsibilities

Basic Function – Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the assigned location, ensuring compliance with contractual guidelines, fostering good client relations, and maintaining a professional image.

  1. Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop property-level financial and operational goals.
  3. Manage daily activities, including customer interaction, supervising staff, preparing reports, auditing cashier reports, monitoring time cards, hiring and training staff, reviewing damage claims, handling petty cash, and assisting with budgeting.
  4. Assist customers courteously by answering questions.
  5. Help maintain and repair parking equipment and perform general maintenance tasks.
  6. Report accidents, violations, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
  7. Assist with cleanup of debris, spills, etc.
  8. Have thorough knowledge of garage areas, major streets, landmarks, and freeways nearby.
  9. Support the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
Qualifications

To succeed, candidates must perform essential duties satisfactorily. Requirements include:

  • High School diploma; parking experience preferred.
  • Availability for varied shifts, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Clear oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and exercise sound judgment.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, handle cash, and lift up to 25 pounds.
