The Enterprise Services Manager Facilities Manager oversees the design, planning, construction, maintenance, and security of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. Responsibilities include managing facility operations, repairs, modifications, space allocation, and maintaining office services databases. The role involves developing site and project budgets, schedules, cost analysis, and liaising with various departments, senior partners, and external vendors such as real estate brokers, architects, engineers, and contractors.

Responsibilities
  • Represent the firm in building management, sub-tenant agreements, and construction projects.
  • Coordinate renovation projects, participate in lease negotiations, and manage project plans with architects, engineers, vendors, and code enforcement.
  • Manage bidding processes, develop relationships to resolve issues, and communicate ongoing issues effectively.
  • Contribute to site facilities budgets, monitor expenses, and travel to regional offices as needed.
Leadership
  • Supervise, coach, and lead staff in NY and Jersey City.
  • Collaborate with global facilities managers and interact with senior leaders, serving as a visible leader.
Space Planning & Layout
  • Analyze staffing and storage needs, develop automated floor plans, and recommend workspace reconfigurations.
Maintenance & Reporting
  • Track maintenance requests, implement daily walkthroughs, and report facility issues.
  • Participate in management teams, track HR data, and analyze sustainability data for process improvements.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years facilities management experience.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of project management, vendor management, electrical infrastructure, HVAC, and facilities software (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to work outside standard hours and travel as needed.
Salary Range

$125,000 to $150,000 base salary plus annual bonus. BBH offers comprehensive benefits, long-term savings, healthcare, and professional development.

Based in NY, with a requirement for 5 days/week in the office, supporting NY, Jersey City, and regional offices.
