The Daily Wire is seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of our facilities. This role is responsible for managing building systems, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting workspace logistics. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong leadership skills, capable of managing both day-to-day maintenance tasks and long-term operational strategies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee basic repairs throughout the facility
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, and building systems
• Coordinate with sub-contractors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene of facilities
• Collaborate with security to ensure all life safety systems are up-to-date and compliant with local authorities
• Develop and maintain relationships with local contractors to improve scheduling and service delivery
• Implement and enforce workplace safety policies
• Use data to anticipate and prevent maintenance issues
• Perform quality checks and troubleshoot machinery, tools, and equipment
• Develop and manage the facilities maintenance budget
• Supervise facilities staff, including timesheet approvals and managing time-off

Experience & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management or equivalent field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to see projects through from concept to completion independently
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills and initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in G Suite
