Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Building Systems, Maintenance & Capital Projects leader in Huntington Beach, CA. You will oversee engineering and maintenance programs for a 35,000+ square foot event space, lead capital improvements, and drive system integrations to improve efficiency and safety.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering/facilities management within complex facilities. You will manage teams, coordinate vendors, and ensure project execution aligns with regulatory standards and company

Qualifications

• Relevant technical degree or trade certification in engineering, facilities management, building systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering, facilities, or maintenance management experience, preferably within hospitality, resorts, commercial buildings, or another complex facility environment.
• Strong experience overseeing facility systems, maintenance programs, and capital projects.
• Experience managing and developing maintenance or engineering teams.
• Hands-on understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and control systems.

Job Details

• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, environmental standards, and energy-efficiency practices.
• Experience with building management systems, maintenance management software, or technical system integrations is preferred.
