Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Fishers is seeking a Facilities Manager to join our client’s Facilities Management team. You will oversee daily operations, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.

You’ll coordinate work orders in CMMS, conduct inspections, support capital projects, and maintain orderly workspaces. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in facilities management with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facilities management or maintenance leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience coordinating contractors and service vendors.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and building codes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and life-safety systems for specified functions.
• Coordinate and oversee facility work orders through the CMMS system, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain safety and standards.
• Support capital improvement projects by coordinating contractors and tracking progress.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of offices, conference rooms, and common areas.
