The C.W. Williams Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager (FM). The FM will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and safety of properties located at 3333 Wilkinson Blvd., 800 Clanton Road, 5800 Old Pineville Road in Charlotte, as well as Mobile & Transportation Units. Responsibilities include conducting surveys, prioritizing safety and security improvements, performing light maintenance or coordinating with tradespeople, inspecting work, managing support tickets, producing reports, and making recommendations for efficient building configuration.
The Facilities Manager's role encompasses managing staff, overseeing projects, maintaining safety protocols, and implementing site procedures. The FM must learn the systems operating the building at 3333 Wilkinson Blvd.
