Job description

IntellecTechs is currently seeking a Logistics and Facilities Manager (LFM) to join our team at NTTC Lackland, located on Joint Base San Antonio, TX. The LFM will oversee contractor personnel involved in logistics support operations and serve as the subject matter expert in maintenance, logistics, and facility management.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise logistics and facilities operations and contractor staff.
2. Manage equipment and facility maintenance schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed according to required standards.
3. Oversee day-to-day logistics and facility operations in support of NTTC Lackland.
4. Collaborate with military and government personnel at NTTC Lackland and coordinate with CENSECFOR Headquarters.
5. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to Environmental Management System (EMS) frameworks.
6. Act as a liaison between NTTC Lackland and supporting agencies to achieve mission objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
2. Minimum of six (6) years of experience in logistics or facilities management, preferably within Navy or Marine Corps environments.
3. At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in logistics and/or facilities management.
4. Possession of a valid state driver’s license.
5. Strong oral and written communication skills.
6. Ability to obtain a Favorable Tier 3 Background Investigation.
