Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance and repair of building systems in the Hayne building.
• Interacts with the Office of Administration and outside contractors as the primary contact.
• Directs and participates in design fabrication of special projects as directed by Section Directors and Public Health Laboratory Director.
• Responsible for telephone and communication services for the Public Health Laboratory and Department of Environmental Services.
• Responsible for operation and support of the Hayne Access Control systems.
• Acts as Property Custodian for the Public Health Laboratory and other duties as assigned.
