Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance and repair of building systems at the Hayne building.
• Interacts with the Office of Administration and outside contractors as primary contact.
• Directs and participates in design fabrication of special projects as directed.
• Responsible for telephone and communication services for the Public Health Laboratory.
• Oversees Hay Access Control systems operation and support.
• Acts as Property Custodian for the Public Health Laboratory and other duties as assigned.
