Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree required with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Nine months of relevant industry work experience preferred
• Leadership and campus involvement encouraged; strong references required
• Must have continuous authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Rotational program across hotel facilities management functions
• Repair, maintenance scheduling, and cost recording responsibilities
• Work in multiple hotel divisions to gain broad exposure
• Support safety, budgeting, and service culture initiatives
• Learn and apply Hyatt's standard operating procedures in facilities maintenance
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth facility operations
