Hyatt Hotels offers a Corporate Facilities Management Training Program—a 15-month rotational track designed to fast-track individuals toward Assistant Director and Director of Facility Management roles within a hotel environment.

The program begins with front-of-house exposure to maintenance and service functions, emphasizing Hyatt's service culture and product standards while teaching how facilities support other hotel departments.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree required; GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• At least nine months of relative industry work experience.
• Leadership and involvement in campus activities.
• Positive references from two previous work experiences.
• Continuous authorization to work in the U.S. must be maintained.

Responsabilidades

• Repairing or replacing defective equipment or parts.
• Performing preventive maintenance measures for machinery.
• Inspecting, operating and recording maintenance work and costs.
• Ordering materials and tools within budget guidelines.
• Maintaining cleanliness and proper functioning of areas, tools and machinery.
• Maintaining facility, landscaping and hotel rooms including plumbing, AC/heating, ice machines, lighting, kitchen equipment, refrigeration, laundry, and generators.
• Establishing and maintaining an ongoing preventative maintenance schedule.
• Ensuring safety of the department and building.
