Job summary

Harmony Health Group is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support facility operations and treatment teams. The role involves assisting with daily patient activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, and helping with intake, safety checks, and coordination of transportation when needed.

The technician will contribute to a safe environment, document medication observations, and participate in trainings while maintaining flexible, team-oriented conduct across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience in customer service, hospital, or treatment program setting.
• Minimum five years driving experience with a valid license and clean record.
• Experience in chemical dependency/substance abuse or human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patients in daily activities and ensure adherence to clinical schedules.
• Transport clients when needed, using a valid driver’s license and safety precautions.
• Monitor safety, observe medications, and report issues to the treatment team.
• Perform rounds, vehicle safety checks, and maintain a safe facility environment.
• Uphold patient rights, complete trainings, and support a team-oriented atmosphere.
