Responsibilities

Perform routine and emergency maintenance across the facility, including drywall, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.
Conduct preventive maintenance on conveyors, rollers, dock doors, and grounds.
Manage maintenance supply inventory and coordinate with vendors.
Use CMMS to log work orders and track activities.
Ensure OSHA and safety standards are met; wear PPE as required.
Respond quickly to emergencies and maintain tools and equipment.
