Job summary

4Front Ventures is seeking a Facilities Associate II to support the Facilities Manager and ensure all facility areas are kept in good working order and clean. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and equipment troubleshooting to sustain a high standard of housekeeping in the warehouse and production areas.

The role requires mechanical equipment experience, HVAC/electrical/plumbing skills, and willingness to respond to emergencies and work at least one weekend day.

Qualifications

• Mechanical/high speed production equipment experience.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and lighting experience.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean facility floors, hallways, production rooms, and warehouses.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance are followed.
• Coordinate with departments to minimize production disruptions.
• Record and update sanitation schedules and suggest improvements to supervisors.
• Assist in production or logistics tasks during downtime.
