Job summary

4Front Ventures is seeking a Facilities Associate II to support the Facilities Manager and Supervisor in Illinois. Responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the warehouse, production areas, and offices to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have experience with mechanical equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, plus strong communication, math, organizational, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Mechanical/high speed production equipment experience.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and lighting experience.
• Must be able to respond to emergency calls and work at least 1 day on the weekend.
• Cannabis industry experience, 1+ years (preferred).
• Advanced communication, math, organizational, and computer skills.
• Dispensing organization agent identification card (able to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Keep gloves, hairnets, beard nets, and booties stocked.
• Keep facility floors clean – hallways, production rooms, open warehouse spaces.
• Coordinate with all departments to minimize/eliminate any potential disruptions to production workflow.
• Record and update sanitation schedule while reviewing progress and suggesting improvements to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager.
• Assist in other duties as assigned, sometimes in production departments, to ensure the team success.
