Job summary

4Front Ventures is seeking a Facilities Associate II to support the Facilities Manager and ensure the warehouse and related areas are clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, equipment upkeep, and coordination with departments to prevent production disruptions. Cannabis industry familiarity and ability to work weekends are preferred; safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Mechanical/high-speed production equipment experience.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and lighting experience.
• Must be able to respond to emergency calls and work at least one day on the weekend.
• Cannabis industry experience, 1+ years (preferred).
• Advanced communication, math, organizational, and computer skills.
• Dispensing organization agent identification card (able to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Keep gloves, hairnets, beard nets, and booties stocked.
• Keep facility floors clean – hallways, production rooms, open warehouse spaces.
• Maintain clean cultivation entryway and locker hallway.
• Periodically clean shoe bins in cultivation and production.
• Coordinate with all departments to minimize disruptions to production workflow.
• Record and update sanitation schedule and suggest improvements to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager.
• Perform cleaning tasks across warehouse areas, offices, bathrooms, break rooms, and production spaces.
• Assist in other duties as assigned, including tasks in production or logistics.
