Job summary

Clean Recovery Centers is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle daily facility and vehicle maintenance, fulfill requests promptly, and coordinate with the Office Manager on supplies. The role requires a HS diploma or GED and at least 3 years of related experience.

You will report safety concerns, train as needed, inspect the environment, and work with vendors and contractors while maintaining a positive team atmosphere and adaptability to changes.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance/janitorial experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and vehicles on daily schedule.
• Fulfill maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Move equipment and furniture as needed (beds, tables, chairs).
• Order and distribute maintenance supplies; maintain inventory with Office Manager.
• Assemble furniture as required.
• Report problems or safety concerns to Supervisor/Management.
• Work with staff, clients, vendors, and contractors within policy.
