Job summary

Regard Healthcare seeks a Facility Technician to maintain safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our facilities. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping to ensure a welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, coordinating with vendors, and helping with safety inspections, event setups, and seasonal duties. You will operate tools, follow health and safety standards, and work both independently

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work on-call, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, buildings, and equipment.
• Complete preventative maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
• Respond to maintenance requests and document completed work.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for complex repairs.
• Perform groundskeeping duties and landscaping maintenance.
• Operate and maintain maintenance equipment and power tools.
• Assist with seasonal duties such as snow and ice removal.
• Support safety inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with event setups and site-specific responsibilities.
• Communicate facility needs with management and other departments.
