Responsibilities include performing essential maintenance, repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and maintaining building grounds. This role requires the ability to work with diverse teams and uphold safety standards across the site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry or general building maintenance.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Ability to work safely and follow building codes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to support the facility and building systems.
• Inspect and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC and related equipment.
• Duties include installing/repairing locks, window blinds, and general building repairs.
• Maintain records of work performed and report issues to leadership.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and equipment is properly maintained.
