Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Union) to support operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs across commercial properties. You will assist with servicing HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems, performing preventive maintenance, and responding to priority requests.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of related experience, and ability to read plans. A valid driver’s license and basic computing skills are preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.
• Valid driver’s license (commercial license may be required) and good driving record.
• Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical and hydraulic devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair building finishes (ceiling tiles, hardware, walls, floors).
• Troubleshoot and recommend upgrades to maintenance operations for efficiency.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as assigned.
• Inspect facilities for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems as assigned.
• Comply with codes and wear PPE; use tech devices for building automation.
