Job summary

Qualifications

• Trade School preferred.
• Mechanical equipment maintenance and repair experience expected.
• Vehicle maintenance experience helpful.
• Lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and equipment operation experience preferred for grounds roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs promptly.
• Assist with grounds maintenance including lawn care and snow removal.
