Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of skilled and non-skilled general maintenance tasks.
• Assist Maintenance Mechanics, Electricians, and HVAC/R Technicians with repairs.
• Respond to service requests from patients and clinical staff.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Record time and work in CMMS; maintain project records.
• Interface with vendors/contractors for repairs or replacements.
• Attend classes and trainings to enhance skills.
• Prioritize patient needs and ensure safe, well-maintained facilities.
