Job summary

Covenant Living seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Facilities Management team. The role collaborates with housekeeping, laundry, and other departments to uphold resident satisfaction and safe, functional living spaces.

Responsibilities include supervising trades, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring preventive maintenance across all building systems. A High School diploma or equivalent plus vocational training is required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with building systems and preventive maintenance
• Ability to lead maintenance team and coordinate tasks
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements for facilities
• Ability to read and interpret building codes and plans

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boilers, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and generators.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
• Respond to work requests, coordinate with residents and departments.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs within skill level.
• Oversee renovations, redecorations and contractor oversight as needed.
• Maintain grounds and community vehicles; ensure safety and cleanliness.
