Job summary

AbleLight is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled, routine maintenance on buildings, equipment and facilities. The role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of components using blueprints and codes.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 5 years of maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 403(b) matching, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in building maintenance or education in building systems/repair work.
• Must be highly skilled in one or more facility maintenance areas.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains preventative maintenance programs for facilities, structures, and equipment.
• Researches and identifies replacement parts and follows procedures to order them.
• Treoubleshoots, repairs, installs, replaces, tests, and adjusts system components across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related equipment.
