Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; vocational/technical training preferred.
• 5 years' experience in building maintenance or related education in building systems/repair.
• Skilled in at least one area of facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develops and performs preventative maintenance on facilities, equipment, and structures.
• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, repairs, installs, and tests system components per specs.
• Repairs electrical components, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems as listed.
• Maintains safe work environment and follows safety policies.
• Handles off-duty emergencies and supports project work.
