Job summary

James Fisher Technologies (JFT) is seeking a Facilities Specialist to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and safety across company facilities in Loveland, CO. You will manage preventive maintenance, coordinate contractor work, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting production when needed.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in building maintenance, strong budgeting and safety experience, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Building Maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, project management, budgeting, and safety.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate clearly in writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations including maintenance, cleaning, and safety.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs and budgets.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and upgrades with vendors and contractors.
• Ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems operate effectively.
• Develop maintenance logs and service records; minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and federal regulations.
