Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance, machinery, or electrical repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot and use technical manuals.
• Skilled with hand and power tools.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment; varied conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and repairs on building, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and building infrastructure.
• Install, maintain, and test electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs promptly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and building regulations.
• Assist with general labor tasks such as electrical, mechanical, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and landscaping.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or company leadership.
