Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; 1–3 years in building maintenance, facilities, construction, or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general building repairs.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect building systems, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and other life-safety equipment.
• Perform general repairs and maintenance across multiple locations.
• Assist with facility-related projects and maintain records of inspections and preventive work.
• Respond to maintenance concerns and facility emergencies to keep environments safe and welcoming.
