Apploi is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Department in planning, organizing, and directing activities to keep the facility safe and comfortable. You will coordinate with other departments and outside vendors to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.

The role emphasizes knowledge of boilers/equipment, building codes, and safety regulations, with hands-on maintenance tasks and close collaboration with the team to maintain high standards of facility operations.

Qualificações

• Must have a high school education or its equivalent.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and other mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the Maintenance Department operations to keep the facility in safe, comfortable condition.
• Repair facility or resident property; coordinate maintenance with other departments and with outside vendors; inspect facility for upkeep and supply control.
