Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a dependable Maintenance Assistant to keep our facility safe and functional for residents and staff. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with repairs, and support daily operations under the Maintenance Supervisor's guidance.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, and emergency generators, plus a safety-first mindset and strong teamwork skills to adapt to evolving facility needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC, boilers, water systems, washers, dryers, and generators.
• Basic preventive maintenance knowledge.
• Clear communication and teamwork.
• Safety-focused and detail-oriented.
• Ability to adapt to changing facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned.
• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and tools.
• Maintain the physical plant, grounds, and equipment in safe, working order.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Report and respond to maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner.
