Apploi is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to direct, coordinate, and perform the activities of the maintenance department. You will ensure facilities remain in good repair, meet safety and building code requirements, and operate utilities effectively.

Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, developing preventive maintenance programs, supervising staff, and coordinating with engineers on equipment needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years in building maintenance
• Knowledge of building codes, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
• Familiar with OSHA safety requirements
• Experience supervising staff (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Direct and manage maintenance department activities.
• Schedule repair and maintenance of machines, tools and equipment.
• Maintain heat, steam, electric power, gas, or air supply through utility systems.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and cost-saving measures.
• Review plans and coordinate equipment needs with design engineers; requisition tools and supplies.
• Prepare department budget and monitor expenditures.
• Supervise safety programs and participate in the Safety Committee.
• Oversee TELS responsibilities.
• Manage maintenance staff and daily operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
