Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Ability to communicate, coordinate, and interact with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Willingness to learn and apply maintenance procedures and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow maintenance schedules for assigned shifts or areas.
• Report accidents/incidents to supervisor promptly.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with nursing services when in resident living areas.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, and facilities.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or mechanical issues as directed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and safety compliance.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, stored properly, and supplies replenished.
