Job summary

Blackridge Properties, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to complete work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to tenant requests in the greater Boston area.

This full-time, on-site role may include occasional overtime and some travel to RI sites; a company vehicle is provided for local travel.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, a clean driving record, and the ability to work with plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• CORI / Background check required.
• Experience in maintenance or related fields.

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders, preventative maintenance, and tenant requests in a timely fashion to ensure excellent customer service and that our properties are safe, clean, and well maintained.

Requirements

• Full time (40 hours/week) with occasional overtime opportunities possible and part time schedules available also
• In-person work at job sites in and around the greater Boston area (travel required, company vehicle provided). Occasional travel to RI sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
