Job summary

JLL is seeking a maintenance technician to oversee refrigeration, boilers and related equipment in a Bloomington, IN facility. The role requires monitoring operations, recording readings, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure reliable building systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee refrigeration, chillers, boilers and related equipment.
• Monitor operation, record readings and report malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on base building systems and equipment.
• Assist other mechanics and operators with major repairs.
• Keep logs and document repairs, close work orders.
• Work weekend/nights as schedule requires.
