Qualifications

• Vocational or technical certification and 2 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Option 2: 4 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years.
• Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.
• No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
• No serious traffic violations, as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance to ensure safety and proper function of facilities and equipment.
• Inspects, cleans, and repairs facilities and equipment.
• Documents wear, tear, and repair needs.
• Manages work orders and maintenance schedules.
• Orders parts and tracks purchases.
• Coordinates and transports vehicles and equipment for maintenance.
• Ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Leads teams and collaborates with managers and partners to meet priorities.
• Maintains company policies and Open Door Policy.
• Unloads and stores equipment; transports as needed.
