Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities, equipment, and fixtures.
• Inspect, clean, and repair facility components while documenting wear, repair needs, and replacement requirements.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor coordination, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment following safety procedures and certification requirements.
• Order parts, track inventory, and submit warranty claims and maintenance invoices accurately.
• Identify hazards or equipment malfunctions and take corrective action or elevate as necessary.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and meet business priorities effectively.
