Qualifications

• Required minimum qualifications: vocational/technical cert and 2 years experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment or related area; or 4 years’ experience in same fields.
• Licensure in related trade; valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle report; clean driving record.
• Preferred qualifications include mechanical maintenance/construction experience for HVAC/R and building controls; familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; ability to read blueprints/schematics; use of hand and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on food equipment, facilities, and fixtures.
• Inspect, clean, repair, and test equipment and fixtures; document wear and replacement needs.
• Respond to emergency calls and coordinate with managers and contractors as needed.
• Operate heavy machinery and conduct pre/post-operation safety checks; ensure compliance with safety regulations.
