Qualifications

• Vocational or technical certification with 2 years' related maintenance experience.
• Option 2: 4 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record with no major convictions in the last five years.
• Commercial driving record with no more than two moving violations in the last three years.
• No serious traffic violations in the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Inspects, cleans, and repairs facilities, equipment, or fixtures and documents activities.
• Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; tracks parts and purchases.
• Orders parts and replacement equipment and tracks orders; submits warranty claims.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations and Walmart quality standards.
• Coordinates and transports vehicles for required maintenance and safety checks.
