Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance across two hospital facilities.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems as needed.
• Execute maintenance tasks to ensure safe, efficient building operations.
• Use CMMS to track work orders and document completed tasks.
• Assist with general facility upkeep and move furniture as required.
• Respond to emergency maintenance tickets promptly to minimize disruption.
• Provide professional, courteous service to hospital staff and patients.
