Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building or property maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Working knowledge of work order management and preventative maintenance software.
• Experience with painting, drywall repair, and light carpentry/construction projects.
• Flexibility to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance requests, as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete building repairs, system maintenance, and preventative maintenance requirements in a timely manner.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
• Maintain and review daily operating logs for air conditioning systems, fan units, utility meters, equipment readings, and tenant service requests.
• Ensure building systems and tenant service requests are addressed efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Coordinate contractor, tenant, and management approvals for maintenance and repair work orders.
