Job summary

Colliers International in Charlotte, NC seeks a dependable Maintenance Technician. You will coordinate repairs, manage preventive maintenance, and review logs for HVAC and building systems. A minimum of 3 years in property maintenance and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in building or property maintenance.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance software.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and complete building repairs, system maintenance, and preventative maintenance requirements in a timely manner.
Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
Maintain and review daily operating logs for air conditioning systems, fan units, utility meters, equipment readings, and tenant service requests.
Ensure building systems and tenant service requests are addressed efficiently and cost-effectively.
Coordinate contractor, tenant, and management approvals for maintenance and repair work orders.
