Typical day includes planning, supervising contractor work, and ensuring preventive maintenance. Requires 4+ years in maintenance, pool certification or willingness to obtain, and a valid drivers license; evenings/weekends availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in building maintenance or construction.
• Pool certification or willingness to obtain at employer cost.
• Certification, license or equivalent as required under state/local regulation to operate/repair equipment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current & valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Availability that includes evenings and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and inspect the work of outside contractors engaged in the operation, maintenance, repair, and safeguarding of buildings.
• May be on call in case of an emergency.
• Support operation, maintenance and security of facilities to ensure efficient plant operation.
