Job summary

Rydal Park, a HumanGood community in Jenkintown, PA, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to oversee operation, maintenance and security of buildings, grounds and facilities. You will plan, schedule and inspect contractor work and may be on call to handle emergencies.

The role typically runs Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, with occasional weekends. Requirements include 4+ years in building maintenance or construction, pool certification (or willingness to obtain), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in building maintenance or construction.
• Pool certification or willingness to obtain at employer cost.
• Certification/license for HVAC/building utilities preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Availability including evenings and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, operate and secure buildings, grounds and facilities.
• Plan, schedule, and inspect work by outside contractors.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call rotations.
