Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team, serving locations across the Bethlehem, PA area. The role involves performing a wide range of maintenance, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting tasks to uphold Merakey's facilities standards.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED. On-call coverage and safety-focused work are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a verifiable High school diploma/G.E.D.
• Must have 3 years of experience.
• Experience in maintenance repairs, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall/spackle, and painting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs at locations throughout the Bethlehem, PA area.
• Demonstrate safe operation of power tools and equipment.
• Conduct desk and furniture repairs, surface prep, and painting as needed.
• Repair electrical, roof, HVAC, plumbing and plumbing systems, and other building components.
• Complete walkthrough inspections and address repairs promptly.
• Collaborate with team or work independently on assigned projects.
