Job summary

Capstone On-Campus Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD. The role is full-time, on-site, with an hourly wage of $25.00 to $27.00 and comprehensive benefits.

The Technician will perform routine and preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation, with occasional on-site housing during severe weather if required. Requires HS diploma and relevant maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years general maintenance experience.
• 1-2 years PTAC/AC maintenance experience.
• Must be able to participate in on-call rotation within 30 minutes.
• Must be proficient with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and service calls promptly.
• Identify deficiencies and suggest corrective actions.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Work overtime as needed to support operations.
• Assist with room setups and vendor escort duties.
• Perform inspections and daily preventive maintenance.
